Yes. Every shipment in the USA is shipped carbon-neutral.

We work with multiple carriers to offer you the best option based on weight, height, and location to get your products to you as soon as possible. You'll be able to make a selection when you check out.

Each carrier sets the price for a shipment based on size, total weight, and speed. We do not mark up shipping costs. You have the option to select the carrier and timeframe at checkout.

Shipping to a US PO Box is only available with USPS. If you ship to a PO BOX, you must select USPS as your shipping option. Don't worry, we'll contact you and figure it out if you forget.

Maybe. We'll try to fix this if we can. Sometimes orders are shipped out before we know. So … send us an email as soon as you realize, and we'll work with you to figure it out. If we've already sent out the order, this will cause a delay and may require additional shipping if the order needs to be rerouted. If the shipping company charges extra, we will check in with you about how you'd like to proceed.

We currently offer our products in the United States. The only exception to this policy is US Military APO/FPO addresses. 

The true answer is sometimes. Because our Bars generate money for community nonprofits, we don't discount or offer free shipping except on a few special occasions throughout the year. You can sign up for our newsletter (hyperlink to newsletter sign up)  to be notified in advance.

Yes. We have simple white boxes that we can use and include a gift receipt. Just note that at check out.
